Junior Room

There are 19 pupils in the Junior Room in 2018/2019,8 Junior Infants and 11 Senior Infants. The class teacher is Mrs. Madeleine Murphy. It's a very busy room with the children involved in the "Aistear" Programme which promotes learning through play as well as all the other aspects of the Curriculum....the children love their" Aistear" teams and the child led learning activities involved in it. The role play corner is a huge hit. Some themes that we explore include The Farm Shop, The Train Station, The Restaurant, Santa's Work Shop, The Post Office The Vet and The Doctor.
