This term the children are participating in the Daily Mile Challenge. It is a simple start to the school day. Without wasting time to change into kit every child goes out each day in the fresh air to walk,jog or run for 10 to 15 minutes. It is non-competitive but a physical activity aimed at improving the children's physical,social, emotional and mental health and well being. It can help children to focus and concentrate in the classroom and raise their attainment.
