SPRING CLEANING

It's that time of year again. Spring cleaning inside and out. Local volunteers turned out in force on Saturday to do their bit for the local area and in and around the school we are doing our bit. It is sad to see some people using our compost heap to dump household rubbish...but it happens!

In case anyone decides to Spring Clean their wardrobes over the Easter Holidays  we are looking for all your unused clothing again. Lenrec Ltd will be collecting from our school at the end of May so we are looking for all your unwanted textiles shoes and mobile phones for recycling..We are collecting unwanted wearable clothes and shoes. Bags can be left in to the school G.P. Room any day we are open or on the tables in the play shed when we are not. Thanks to the generosity of parents and their families and friends,the last collection yielded in excess of €600 for school funds which will be used to provide buses for school outings including our school tour during the year.
