On the August Bank Holiday Monday Cloone's Annual Agricultural Show will take place in the Show Grounds on the Ballinamore Road. There are almost 30 classes in the Junior Section of the show, covering everything including Art, Handwriting,Cookery, Crafts and Gardening. Children can enter many of the Adult classes also ,such as the photography, flowers and pet section classes. Many of the pupils prepared and left entries with us before the school closed last week and we will be entering them on their behalf .If any pupil wants to enter something in the show contact the Show Secretary Caroline Gildea or entries for art and handwriting can be dropped in to the school's letterbox ....with names on back please.....and we will attach entry forms and pass them on.
